All passengers thirteen (13+) traveling with Family United Transportation to the prisons must have a state issued ID.
This is "Group" Travel. There must be a minimum of five (5) adults traveling to the correctional facilities.
All reservations must be made seven (7) days in advance to ensure travel. When making reservations please include your loved one's name, their Department of Corrections (DOC #) and housing unit number. In addition, to secure your travel with us, there is a minimum NON REFUNDABLE fee of $25.00 which must be paid three (3) days in advance to ensure travel.
All payments received are NON REFUNDALBE. If
Family United Transportation cancels your payment will be applied as
CREDIT towards the next scheduled trip available within thirty (30)
We request person(s) traveling alone provide the name, address, and contact phone number of an
individual to reach in the event of an emergency.
Smoking is not permitted while traveling on the bus. There will be perodic stops allowing for restroon breaks.

Family United Transportation Service will not be held liable or responsible for individuals arrested for taking contraband into the prisons. Passengers violating our "TERMS" or "GUIDELINES" of the prisons will be banned from traveling with us!
